3. Device Permissions and Media Access
The app requires user permission to access audio files, video files, and image files stored on the device.
Image file access is used specifically to retrieve album artwork (album art) associated with audio files through the system media library (MediaStore / Media Query).
Without permission:
- No audio files, video files, or image files are accessed or displayed
- No media scanning or indexing occurs
- No data is stored locally in the database (sqflite)
Once permission is granted, the app may read audio files, video files, and image files using system media libraries (Media Query).
This access is used only for media playback, listing, organization, and displaying album artwork associated with audio files.
The app does not access or scan user personal photos unrelated to media artwork.
4. Local Storage (Offline Database - sqflite)
The app uses a local SQLite (sqflite) database to store metadata related to audio files and video files for offline functionality.

5. File Management
The app allows users to manage audio files and video files.
- Delete audio files and video files
- Rename audio files and video files
- Organize audio files and video files
All actions are user-initiated.
6. Internet Usage
The app uses internet only for streaming online radio.
- No background usage without user action
- No personal data transmitted
The app may check network status to ensure stable playback.
7. In-App Purchases (Pro Version)
The app offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock the Pro version.
- All purchases are processed securely by the platform provider (e.g., Google Play)
- We do not collect or store payment information such as credit card details
- Purchase transactions, billing information, and payment processing are handled entirely by the platform provider
The app may receive basic purchase status information (e.g., whether the Pro version is unlocked) from the platform provider to enable purchased features.
No personal financial information is accessed, stored, or transmitted by the app.
8. Bluetooth Usage
The app detects Bluetooth audio device connections (e.g., wireless headphones).

9. Background Playback and Sleep Timer
The app uses foreground services to allow continuous playback of audio files in the background.
The app may also include a Sleep Timer feature, which allows users to automatically stop audio playback after a selected period of time.

10. Radio Recording
Recorded audio files are stored locally in the folder "Vicyos Radio Recordings".
This feature is available in the Pro version.
11. Data Sharing
No data is shared, sold, or transferred to third parties.
12. Security
All data remains on the user’s device.
13. Third-Party Content
Radio streams are provided by third parties.
We do not control or collect data from these services.
14. Children
Not intended for children under 13.
15. User Control
- Permissions can be revoked at any time via device settings
- App data can be cleared or the app can be uninstalled at any time
